            My name is Alan Bianco.  I completed my law enforcement training at the Police Training Institute in Champaign, IL.  I received my associate’s degree from Elgin Community College.  Prior to being sworn-in with the Bartlett Police Department, I worked over five years as a correctional officer.  I enjoy playing golf, taking trips to various ski resorts, and spending time with family and friends.  One of the reasons I chose to work for the Bartlett Police Department was the fact that I was familiar with the area.  After meeting with staff and having them explain to me the amount of training that they put the officers through I knew it would be a good fit.
