PHYSICAL AGILITY & POLICE ACADEMY
All applicants who are given a conditional offer of employment must be able to successfully pass the State of Illinois POWER Test prior to admission into the Police Academy. Click here for details on the POWER Test.
Candidates must attend one of the certified basic police academies in Illinois designated by the Bartlett Police Department. Currently the academy is a 16-week, 640-hour course. The following photos depict our 2023 police academy graduates.
